Singapore Heritage Restaurant
The Singapore Heritage Restaurant is located in the Chinatown Heritage Centre, and founded by Bodybuilder Chef Alvin Koh. Known as the "National Heritage Restaurant" of Singapore, the restaurant serves cuisines with a strong Singaporean flavour, as a reminder of Singapore's historical past.
The influence of Singapore's multi-cultural society is also evident in the menu. From spicy Indian curries to Chinese noodle soups, fire-grilled beef to seafood BBQ. East meets west in this authentic restaurant in the most interesting and delicious manner.
Creatively presented in Neo-Modern (Neo Asian Fusion) style, the food is an innovative demonstration of conserving Singapore's culture and heritage.
